Pre-Requisites:
- Child should be able to recognize each letter of the alphabet (both uppercase and lowercase) and its sound.
- Child should have a basic awareness of the concept of rhyming.
- Child should have a basic knowledge of how to blend letters together to make a word.
- Child should have a basic print awareness (i.e., understand that words are read from left to right to make sentences).
Unit 1: Short Vowel Sounds
Days 1-10 (short -a & short -e words)
Days 11-20 (short -i, -o, & -u words)
Unit 2: Two-Consonant Blends
